Overview: Priority Projects
ActionAid’s Priority Projects are a unique way to bring you one step closer to the people and communities whose lives we are changing every day. By supporting these projects you can be a part of a journey towards lasting change.
Priority Projects are selected by ActionAid bi-annually in consultation with communities. You can be sure that the projects are community driven and respond to the priorities of the community. ActionAid and those communities have selected six projects which are all in vital need of funding. These projects bring positive, lasting changes to the lives of the world’s poorest and most excluded people. By supporting these projects, you will give poor people the skills and resources they need to work their way out of poverty.
Your donation will help ensure that street children have a safe place to sleep, women are protected from violence, girls have an equal change of schooling and people living with HIV &Aids have access to essential medicines. For millions of the world’s poorest people, these basic rights are experienced as unimaginable luxuries.
