Confidentiality Policy
Board members, employees and consultants have an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of discussions by and decisions of the Board, and the Board committees until such time as they are officially made public. Confidentiality applies to all ActionAId International business matters, including, but not limited to, policies, donors, contributions, board members and staff matters. This obligation continues even after service terminates.
