Victoria Wigodzky is an expert in institutional development and organizational transformation, currently based in Washington, DC. With over two decades of experience, she has dedicated her career to advancing human rights, democracy, and citizen security through her work with various NGOs in Latin America and the United States.

Victoria’s notable roles include serving as Director of Institutional Development at the Center for Legal and Social Studies (CELS) in Argentina, as well as positions at the Open Society Foundations and the Inter-American Dialogue. Her current focus involves guiding organizations through culture change, strategic planning, and board development, among other areas.

Victoria holds a Master’s in Public Affairs (International Relations and Development) from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. She has also trained in transformational consulting and systems change, leveraging her background in the performing arts to foster innovative approaches to organizational challenges.
