Rachel Carle

Individual Giving Officer

Rachel Carle is our Individual Giving Officer, engaging ActionAid’s community of grassroots supporters and foundation partners.

Prior to joining ActionAid, Rachel worked in fundraising for a global service and development program. She also spent one year working in Kampong Speu, Cambodia, supporting a community-based organization for small-scale agriculture, land rights, and climate change adaptation.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Development Studies and English from the University of Virginia through which she additionally studied in Indonesia, Nicaragua, and the Netherlands.
