“Under political pressure from biofuel producers, the EPA has set the renewable volumes next year with tons of food-based biofuels. Biofuels made from food crops are not helping the fight against climate change.
“The Renewable Fuel Standard is broken. It’s boosting a model of farming that pollutes the environment and hurts family farmers in the U.S. and around the world. It’s time for Congress to push for real reform.”
