“Today’s announcement by the EPA is disappointing and shows that it is continuing to commit to false solutions to tackling climate change, like biofuels. Production of biofuels from food crops is pushing local farmers around the world off their land and making local food prices more unstable. We must reject biofuels that increase hunger and drive land grabs, and invest in clean energy that is genuinely renewable.”
